In this tutorial, we’ll show you how to view jobs by date in Local Service Hero. You can view all the scheduled services, jobs and requests displayed on an intuitive calendar.
After you log in to your Local Service Hero account, go to Scheduling > Calendar.
Once there, you’ll see the appointments and services displayed on the calendar.
You can view the apointment, services and jobs by month, week or year. Just use the switcher that is above the calendar.
If you use the “Add New” dropdown, you can create a:
- New Job – Read this tutorial.
- New Service – Read this tutorial.
- New appointment
You can also hit the Employee Calendar button to view what each employee has to do on a specific date.
