In this tutorial, you’ll learn how to search for leads who replied to an email in Local Service Hero. Besides, you’ll learn how to find all the leads who didn’t reply, and all the leads who viewed the email but didn’t answer back.
First, you need to log in to your Local Service Hero account, and go to CRM > Leads > View All. Once there, you’ll see all your leads displayed on a spreadsheet.
To find all the leads who replied or not to your email, you need to use the Advanced Search tool, so open it with one click.
1- Search leads who replied to an email
First, we’ll see how to search for all the leads who did reply to our email. For this, let’s select the following values in the Advanced Search tool:
- Field: Replied
- Operator: Contains or =
- Value: Yes
- Click the Apply filter button.
Now you will see all the leads who replied to your email. Obviously, the leads who replied to your email must have seen it, so we can’t search any other way.
2- Find the leads who did not reply to an email
Now let’s find all the leads who did not reply to our email. In this case, we’ll find both: the leads who viewed and the leads who didn’t view our email.
In the Advanced Search tool, you need to select the following values:
- Field: Replied
- Operator: Contains or =
- Value: No
- Click the Apply filter button.
After that, you will see all the leads who did not reply to your email. Remember here we’re seeing the leads who viewed your email and the leads who didn’t.
3- Find the leads who viewed your email but did not reply
If you want to find all the leads who viewed your email but didn’t answer back, you need to use two Advanced Search filters.
The first filter needs these values to find the leads who didn’t answer the email:
- Field: Replied
- Operator: Contains or =
- Value: No
The second filter needs these values to find the leads who viewed the email:
- Field: Viewed
- Operator: Contains or =
- Value: Yes
After selecting these values, you’ll see all the leads who read your email but didn’t reply to it displayed in the spreadsheet.
With these simple steps, you can easily find all the leads who replied to your email.
