In this tutorial, you’ll learn how to find the best performing forms in Local Service Hero.
You need to follow these steps in order to know which are your forms with higher submissions:
1- Open the Forms page
You need to open your “Forms” page by going to CRM > Forms. There you’ll see all the forms you have created.
2- Pay attention to the “Views” and “CTR” columns
We mark the form submissions as a percentage number under the CTR (Click Through Rate) column. The percentage is how many form submissions there are to the number of views.
The Views and the CTR columns together will tell you which forms are performing better.
Now you’ll see which of your forms have more submissions.
