In this guide, you’ll learn how to mark replies as active or inactive in Local Service Hero. This way, you’ll be able to bulk activate or bulk deactivate many replies at once.
How to mark replies as active or inactive in Local Service Hero
You need to start by logging in to your Local Service Hero account.
After that, you need to head to CRM > Saved Replies > View All.
Then, select all the replies you want to activate or deactivate. Use the checkbox picker on the left side of the saved replies’ list.
Now you need to click the Bulk Actions dropdown.
It will display four bulk action options:
- Delete
- Mark as active
- Mark as deactivated
- Duplicate
In this case, you can select Mark as active or Mark as deactivated.
