Here’s how you can manage the security settings in Local Service Hero:
You can open the Security settings by hitting the Settings button and clicking on Security.
Once you’re in the Security page, you can select any of these security settings:
- Log in sessions expire after these days: Enter the number of days here
- Our company does business with these countries: Select the countries. Leave empty if you have a global business or provide digital services.
- Only allow client sign-ups and log ins from the countries above: Yes/No. This applies to the account page displayed on your website, the page hosted on our platform, and mobile app.
- Only allow form submissions from the countries above: Yes/No. This applies to the lead forms, contact forms, service forms displayed on your website, mobile apps, and forms hosted on our platform
- Only allow employee log ins from the countries above: Yes/No. Users who attempt to log in to the employee app from other countries will be rejected
- Only allow admin log ins from the countries above: Yes/No. Users who attempt to log in to the backend for administrators from other countries will be rejected
