In this tutorial, you\u2019ll learn how to request clients information in Local Service Hero<\/strong>.<\/p>\n

When creating their Local Service Hero<\/strong> accounts, some customers do not complete their information. This causes you to not have access to information that could be useful for managing your customers.<\/p>\n

That\u2019s why here we show you how to ask specific customers to complete their information by sending them a form in which they can add the necessary information.<\/p>\n

Just follow these simple steps:<\/p>\n

1- Open your \u201cClients\u201d page<\/h2>\n

Go to CRM > Clients > View All<\/strong>. Here you will see all the clients displayed on a spreadsheet.<\/p>\n

2- Request clients to complete their information<\/h2>\n

Once you\u2019re in the Clients<\/strong> page, you need to hit the View Profile<\/strong> button on the client whose information you will request. The\u00a0View Profile<\/strong> button is in the\u00a0Actions<\/strong> column.<\/p>\n

After that, you\u2019ll go to the client\u2019s profile page, where you need to hit the\u00a0Request Information<\/strong> button.<\/p>\n
