Let\u2019s learn how to create clients in Local Service Hero<\/strong>.<\/p>\n

There are at least 3 ways you can add new clients to your Local Service Hero account.\u00a0 You can convert leads into clients, manually add clients one by one, or add a lot of clients in bulk using a CSV file.<\/p>\n

In this guide, we\u2019ll show you how to convert leads into clients and how to manually add clients using the New Client form.<\/p>\n

1- Converting leads into clients<\/h2>\n

Local Service Hero<\/strong> allows you to easily convert your leads into clients. This is an easy way to add lots of new clients.<\/p>\n

First, you need to open the Leads\u2019 page by going to CRM > Leads > View All<\/strong>.<\/p>\n

Once there, you\u2019ll see all your leads displayed on a spreadsheet.<\/p>\n

To convert a lead into a client, you just need to use the Actions<\/strong> column and click Convert to Client<\/strong>.<\/p>\n

Once you click the Convert to Client<\/strong> button, Local Service Hero will remove the lead from the Leads<\/strong> page and add it to the Clients<\/strong> page.<\/p>\n

2- Create clients in Local Service Hero<\/h2>\n

Local Service Hero also allows you to manually add new clients by following these steps:<\/span><\/p>\n

First, open the Add New Client<\/strong> for using any of these 3 options:<\/p>\n

  1. Click Add New<\/strong> on the plugin\u2019s toolbar and select Client<\/strong>.<\/li>\n
  2. Go to CRM > Clients > View All<\/strong> and click New Client<\/strong>.<\/li>\n

    Here we\u2019re using the second alternative.<\/p>\n
