In this tutorial, we\u2019ll show you how to mark invoices as Pending<\/strong>\u00a0in Local Service Hero<\/strong>. You\u2019ll also see how to mark them as Waiting for Payment<\/strong>. This is useful to change the status of your invoices in bulk.<\/p>\n

First, you need to open the\u00a0Invoices<\/strong> page, so go to\u00a0Commerce > Invoices<\/strong>.<\/p>\n

Once you\u2019re there, you can search for invoices from a specific client by using the\u00a0Advanced Search<\/strong> button. You need to enter the client\u2019s email, the invoice status, and a date range. Once you select the search terms, hit\u00a0Apply Filter<\/strong> to find the invoices.<\/p>\n

You can also select specific invoices using the checkbox picker on the left.<\/p>\n
