In this tutorial, you\u2019ll learn how to duplicate to-dos in Local Service Hero<\/strong>.<\/p>\n

Whether it\u2019s marketing to-dos or scheduled services, you can create copies of your to-dos with a few clicks.<\/p>\n

This way, you don\u2019t have to create new to-dos from scratch, but you can use the existing to-dos as templates and then just apply the necessary changes.<\/p>\n

After logging in to your Local Service Hero<\/strong> account, you need to head to\u00a0CRM > To-dos > View All<\/strong>. There, you will see the list of all your to-dos.<\/p>\n

Once you are in the To-dos page, you need to start by selecting all the to-dos you want to duplicate.<\/p>\n

For this, you need to use the checkbox picker on the left side of the to-dos list. In this example, we will duplicate the\u00a0Pool cleaning<\/strong> and the\u00a0Lawn pruning<\/strong> to-dos to create copies of them.<\/p>\n

After selecting all the to-dos you want to duplicate, you need to use the\u00a0Bulk Actions<\/strong> dropdown to select what you want to do.<\/p>\n

In this case, you need to select Duplicate<\/strong> in this dropdown.<\/p>\n

Once you hit the\u00a0Duplicate<\/strong> bulk action, your selected to-dos will be duplicated and you\u2019ll see the new to-dos with the\u00a0Copy of<\/strong> prefix on your To-dos list.<\/p>\n
