Let\u2019s learn how to search for active or inactive clients in Local Service Hero<\/strong>.<\/p>\n

This allows you to quickly know who and how many your active customers are, and who and how many your active clients are. This way, you can easily compare the number of inactive customers with the number of active customers you have in your business.<\/p>\n

Just follow these simple steps:<\/p>\n

1- Open your \u201cClients\u201d page in Local Service Hero<\/h2>\n

To open your customers\u2019 list on Local Service Hero<\/strong>, head to\u00a0CRM > Clients > View All<\/strong>. There you will see all your clients displayed in a spreadsheet where every column is a profile field, and every row is a client profile.<\/p>\n

2- Use the \u201cStatus\u201d field to search for active or inactive clients<\/h2>\n

Above the customers\u2019 spreadsheet, you will see the\u00a0Status<\/strong> filter. It\u2019s a dropdown field that allows you to search for your inactive and active clients. By default,\u00a0All<\/strong> is selected because the spreadsheet displays both the active and the inactive customers.<\/p>\n

3- View the active clients only<\/h2>\n

If you select the\u00a0Active<\/strong> value, the spreadsheet will show you all the active customers only.<\/p>\n

Now you can use the\u00a0Actions<\/strong> column to apply some actions such as deactivate the client (assign the Inactive<\/strong> value), reset the password, etc.<\/p>\n

4- View the inactive clients only<\/h2>\n

If you select\u00a0Inactive<\/strong> in the\u00a0Status<\/strong> dropdown, the spreadsheet will show you the inactive customers only.<\/p>\n

Now you can use the\u00a0Actions<\/strong> dropdown to activate the clients (assign the Active<\/strong> value), reset their passwords, and so on.<\/p>\n
